Terms of Use

Welcome to the NewBe Services. These terms are an agreement between you and Changzhou Yuanzhili Sports Culture Co., Ltd. (“we”) about your use of the NewBe Lifting app, the “NewBe举重” WeChat Mini Program, and this website. By logging in to or using the NewBe Services, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully, especially the clauses in bold that exclude or limit our liability.

1. Services

We provide training plans, training logs, exercise tutorials, and courses, and show information about online coaching, in-person sessions, and camps. Available features depend on each platform.

2. Your account

You log in with your phone number and an SMS code. If you use the same phone number in the app and the Mini Program, both share one account. Keep your phone number and codes safe; you are responsible for losses caused by your own failure to do so.

3. Purchases and refunds

The app does not offer purchases or payments. Courses, coaching, and camps bought in the WeChat Mini Program are subject to the description and refund rules shown on the order page.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the law and must not use the NewBe Services for illegal activity or interfere with their normal operation. Course and exercise videos are for your personal learning only; recording, redistributing, or commercial use is not allowed.

5. Training risks

Weightlifting and strength training carry a risk of injury. Train only when your health allows, progress gradually, and know your limits. If you have a medical condition, a history of injury, or are pregnant, consult a doctor before training. Results from technique checks and bar-speed tracking are for training reference only and are not medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, videos, text, images, logos, software, and other content in the NewBe Services belong to us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

7. Account deletion and termination

You can request account deletion in the app under Me → Account & Security; see the Privacy Policy for details. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access to the services.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the services stable, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for interruptions caused by network or device failures or events beyond our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will tell you about material changes through notices in the app or the Mini Program. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a claim before the competent people’s court where we are located.
