Check that the phone number is correct and your phone has signal;
Check whether a spam filter blocked the SMS;
Wait 60 seconds, then tap “Resend”.

My training data is missing after login

Make sure you use the same phone number as in the WeChat Mini Program. With the same number both share one set of data; a different number is treated as a new account.

I can’t see my unlocked courses

Course access follows your account. Check the phone number, then log out and log in again. Contact us if the problem persists.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Me → Account & Security → Delete Account. Deletion also applies to the same account in the Mini Program. Log in again within 30 days to cancel.

How do I sign up for coaching or a camp?

Search for the “NewBe举重” Mini Program in WeChat to see schedules and prices and to enroll.
